The school is under very strict control in regards to parking and land restrictions in relation to cars and access to the campus. You will note the media and political interest which is ongoing. Year 1-4 parents should note that part of the admissions process to the school included the no-car policy. It is very important that this is adhered to.
On the SJS Fun Day, it is a normal school day for STC and SJS is having a half school day. We ask parents and guardian to make use of the shuttle bus and 69K Green Minibus when travel to and from SJS.
SJS PTA has arranged shuttle bus to SJS from 12:10 – 14:10 and 2 return buses at 16:00 & 16:45.
There is no immediate parking around the school campus and local police officers will ticket all illegally parked cars, without warning.
Your understanding and cooperation are very much appreciated.

Token Pre-sale Date: 24 March 2023 (4 pm) on Gateway eNotice
HK$100 for 10 Tokens + Stamp Card
- Maximum 50 tokens per students
- Collect stamps by playing games and using tokens. Once the stamp card has 10 stamps, bring it to the Student Council booth to exchange for a Fun Day gift.
- Due to limited supply, only a limited number of token cards will be sold on the day of the event. To purchase more than 50 tokens or to guarantee token availability, contact the PTA (pta@sjs.esf.edu.hk) in advance of the Fun Day.
Tokens can be used for Games and Food stores
- The food items sold and served at the SJS Fun Day may contain or come into contact with common allergens. If your child has food allergies, please do not allow them to consume any foods from vendors or school groups. To ensure your child’s safety, these Food Allergy Tokens Cards are different from the normal token cards.

We have a number of sub-committees. These meet on an ad-hoc basis.
Volunteer to assist with a PTA event or activity: We need help with events such as Hot Dog days, Ice Cream days, Book Club.
Volunteer to join the School Fair committee: This is the main fund-raising event of the school year.
